Is it truly possible to be happy at your job?
Well, to answer the question honestly, everyone at some point hated doing a specific job. The question is, why did we work at crappy jobs to get to where we are at now? That's if where we are now is actually a place that makes us happier than the job we had before. Considering that most people move around the job market from time to time to gain experience, to move up and beyond, or maybe other factors play a role, life within a particular job that makes us irritable is a reality that just can't be avoided. If there were an opportunity to land a better job (maybe in pay and/ or a better working environment) in a different town, would we consider the offer? Could we make new friends, say goodbye to that favorite hobby we take up at the park, or stop riding the mountain bike on the bike path that hugs the water near our home? It's scary and takes a leap of faith. It will take some work and support.
